

The lighthouse rises 58 meters above sea level. It watches over the ruins of the old abbey founded by Saint Tanguy, very close to the port of Conquet which provides access to the islands of Ouessant and Molène. But on Pointe Saint Mathieu, you will also find the semaphore built in 1906, and the cenotaph built in 1927 in memory of the sailors who died for France. Facing the Iroise Sea, you can also enjoy an exceptional panorama by climbing the 163 steps of the lighthouse!
