Wednesday, February 5, 2014. There are 10 meters high waves combined with strong south-westerly winds, the wind is blowing at 150 km/h at Ouessant and 137 km/h at the Pointe du Raz. Storm Petra passes over Brittany and the Nividic lighthouse. Built from 1912 to 1936 and operating for only 4 years, it will be abandoned during the war, then rehabilitated in the 1950s, and renovated several times. 35 meters high, it marks the westernmost point of Metropolitan France.
