The Altaïr schooner all sails out
Learn more about photography
This schooner, built in 1931 at William Fife's shipyard in Fairlie, is without any doubt the most authentic of the last classic sailing ships sailing. In this aerial photo, you can only see her sails inflated by the wind, but at the quayside, you can admire on her bow and on the stern the typical dragon of the Fife sailing ships.
