Yes, of course. Simply email us (contact@plisson.com) within 14 days, indicating the order number and the reference desired as a replacement. The shipping costs to return your initial order are your responsibility. 

Can I make an exchange or refund in one of your Galleries?

No, because our Galleries are independent. Stocks are therefore not the same.
